this is me during my very first (and hopefully last) episode of serious food poisoning in 39 years.  

the beautiful golden lab rescue was aiding me between rounds of vomit and/or diarrhea or both almost simultaneously.  it was fucked up.  but this shy, scared and previously abused agoraphobic girl, named Callie and owned by my BF hellbenthellyeah, was by my side in different positions me all day and evening to comfort my misery.   this man’s best friend, without a doubt. 

side note, but the fact that he has five rescued pups that were all so in need of help and are all so happy with their new lives… one of the main reasons that i fell for him a couple of years ago.
